Have you ever walked into a live performance then realized that something was amiss? I've noticed that most times, it's normally as a result of poor volume balancing. How to correct this has always been a challenge; any ideas?

I think the volumne balancing is normally up to the venue's accoustics and audio setup, so if you're just listening there's not much you can do. You could try different positions in the room to see if you can find a sweet spot.

I know what you mean. I've been to a few live events which fell flat for me because of the poor sound quality. I don't think that there is much any of them could do about it, and it's the lucky few listeners who happen to be sitting in just the right spots.
