Is it always necessary to choose the highest quality connection type that my equipment will support? Are some of these high end cables really worth the money?
I'm not an expert on these things, but judging from what I know, it's best to have the best quality of cable you can get so that you get the best quality of sound. IMO anyways.
In my opinion, quality doesn't translate to a lot of money, all the time. It is advisable to use good quality cables but this doesn't necessarily mean overspending.
