You get into your new place and you start the process of unpacking. What do you start with? Which room or which item do you need/want out of the boxes first?
My computer/desk items. The business of the house is there so that takes priority. After that, my audio equipment. I'm not going to unpack and move in without music. That wouldn't set a very good tone for my new digs.
