Does anyone remember "The Road" off of Jackson Browne's "Running On Empty" album? Remember how they segued the studio version of the first half of the song seamlessly with the live version of the second half? Are there any other songs out there where the producers did this?
I remember the song, it was done very well, but I can't think of another artist who has done that. The only other artist whose studio voice so closely resembles his "live" voice that I can think of right now is James Taylor.
