How many of you go to concerts to try and meet the band? My sister and her boyfriend do this all the time and then they complain that they don't really know what to say to them when the time arises. I don't think I'd be comfortable doing this.

Never! I won't pay the price they want for backstage or meet and greet tickets. I only go to big band concerts though. I've never tried to meet any of the members. Security is too tight to try.
I wanted to try this but I was pessimistic I would get satisfying results. Security is usually crazy and I'm too lazy to fight the other fans who want to meet the artists. I considered going to airport or whatever place they visited just to meet them, but backed out for the same reason.
