My SO and I are goi g to be in Orlando next month for a couple of days. Other than Disney World, what are some fun(hopefully inexpensive) places to visit? We have a 1 year old, so they have to be baby friendly.

I have heard Sea World is a good place for any age person. Everybody likes a good water show. I would go there. If they have a dolphin show you might be lucky enough to get splashes too!

When we went to Orlando a few years ago, we took a couple of days away from the parks to just explore the area. You can visit Celebration ('the town that Disney built') for free and just stroll around, or the Winter Park area is also nice. We also did a boat tour of the canals within the city, which was really interesting. It's easy to get caught up in the hustle of the theme parks, so I think it's important to remember to slow down and appreciate what else is on offer.
