I need a headphone/mic combo for work. I think what I'm supposed to have is one of those that's kind of like what telemarketers use. Can anyone here recommend one? I'll be using it to conference with clients over the computer.

It depends really what your price range is. There's a great deal of difference from the upper to lower end, so maybe tell us how much you plan to spend?
