I may or may not have said some insensitive things to my wife yesterday. She is now giving me the silent treatment, which I fully deserve. What can I do to get her to forgive me?

Chocolate is always good.
So what does may or may not mean?
An apology is probably the only right way to go. And apologize with an appropriate gift in hand. (At my house, it's always chocolate, but flowers, or diamonds are good too.)
Depending on just how insensitive you were, and how long you've waited to apologize, groveling could be called for.
