Is it just me, or does there seem to be an excess of stories lately detailing how some lucky soul won the lottery not just once, but multiple times in a day? It leads me to believe that something fishy is going on...

Couple people locally have won multi-million dollar lotteries multiple times. The secret......they buy lots of tickets.

I saw this story too, and I was just like really?!? I have never even won a free ticket before, and these people are becoming millionaires several times over. Shocked
