It's fun to discuss the music we love, but is there a particular instrument that you've always hated? If I had to pick one, I'd go with the bassoon. It's not that I don't think it has a place in classical music, I just found it very annoying to play. I was really happy when I gave it up back in high school.

I was going to say drums until I saw Bill's answer. I am gonna have to go with bagpipes too. They have their place, but they are indeed annoying!
