We officially "bit the bullet" today and bought a 51" flat screen TV from Best Buy. For now, we're using an antique buffet table as a TV stand, but we want to buy a new TV stand soon, one that looks more appropriate holding a TV than our kitchen furniture, lol. Has anyone come across a good deal on a TV stand for a 51" TV? The best price we've seen so far - and we've only shopped at 2 stores - was $180 at the Best Buy we bought the TV from.
We were shopping in Wal Mart a few days ago and they had some nice TV stands for around $200. I know that's not less expensive than what you saw for $180, but since the prices are so close, it might be worth checking into since the ones we saw had 3 way mounts, 3 shelves for accessories and seemed to be well made.
