Hey everybody, I was listening to music and I was wondering what everyone's favorite part of a song is. Is it the lyrics, the beat, guitar solo, drum solo, etc.? My favorite part of a song is the constant rhythm and booming of the bass.

Oh, that's a tough question to answer. I focus first on the lyrics and vocals overall are very important to me, but I really respond viscerally to the beat.

I would have to say it's a mash-up between the lead vocals and lead instrument. On one hand the vocals are what give a song meaning, however the lead instrument gives a song life.

Nice one, Wayne! I love that skit. Of course I can't listen to "Don't Fear the Reaper" without giggling anymore. I just can't take it seriously now. Laughing
