Ever since Google put up that logo a few weeks ago to honor Freddie Mercury's birthday, I've been listening to Queen a lot. I was a big fan when I was younger, but it's been a while since I'd heard much of their music. Are there any other Queen fans here? I think their musicianship at times is awesome.

I love Queen! The vocals in particular are amazing and you can tell they really care about songwriting and music as art forms, instead of just making money.

I definitely agree about Queen's vocals, I love their harmonies. Freddie Mercury brought so much energy and passion to his performances. There are some great guitar parts in their songs too.
As for Google, it is cool when they put up a special logo. They seem to be doing that more often recently. I guess it brings positive attention to the company, since I don't really see how they're directly making money from it.
I was a huge fan back in the day when Queen was popular. I especially loved, "We Are the Champions". I can't say that I listen to it very much anymore.

Didn't they sing Fat Bottom Girls? I love this song. How about Bicycle? I think these are both Queen songs aren't they? I do love We are the Champions.
