I don't know much about radios because I haven't looked for any in quite a few years. We have an alarm radio that we use to wake up to in the morning and it would be great if I could get stations that are not in our geographic area. I don't have XM or Sirius, but are there any desktop radios (other than ham radio) that are programmed to pick up stations across the U.S. If not, why not?
