Is it a field coil speaker?

Even if it is, you can use a fixed magnet speaker as a replacement, just use an inductor in place of the field coil.

Oh, OK, if it has a fixed magnet then finding a replacement speaker will be easy. Pretty much anything that will physically fit will work.
