When The Levees Broke is 4 hours and in four parts so I'm viewing
it in chunks.
Eventually HBO will release it as dvd.
I got the film on torrents which is pretty simple to do.
Bittorrent file sharing is something that is not really new
but it's better understood in the world market. By this I mean
that places like Germany are further along on doing things like
video capture.
A capture card was given to me and so I'm learning how to use that.
It's more complicated than finding the big red button that says
'record' because a certain amount of video theory has to be understood.
My goal with that is to archive a documentary from vhs
on an .avi file which can then be uploaded as a torrent.
The vhs tape is not of good quality and needs some tweaking.
Uploading files as torrents has me mystified yet.
Below is a link to a presentation from Australia on
Bittorrent.
