Wayne or others, I've updated the crossover and love the sound. Now I've purchased a pair of B&C DE250 drivers to go in. Am I right to assume that I hook them up as in the crossover schematic, with the black post to wire 1+ and the red to 1- and the woofer red to 2+ and black to 2-? Are the two drivers out of phase? Just want to make sure I hook em up right the first time! Thanks, Garland

You're not confused, you're right. I tend to think of R1/R2 as a pair but in this case, the value of R2 remains the same. Here's a chart of R1/R2 values at various padding levels:
