Hi Wayne,

I am building the 18 Pi, but using corner-placed BR-cabinet for the Magnum 18HO.
Did you modify in between the cornerspeaker crossover, like you did for the 4 PI? You send me the plans for my speakers in March 2006.
If you have modified the crossover for the Cornerhorns, please send me
the changes.

Thank you and have a nice Day

Karl

No, I haven't gone through the seven π design yet with the same level of detail I did with the four π. However, I did look at it with the system briefly and it looks good enough that I'm not sure any optimations will be there to find. It is pretty well optimized already.

I am going through each of my designs with the Smith & Larson system, importing the Spice model and making measurements to see if any optimizations are possible. The four π was first, and I'm getting ready to double-check the three π. I expect the same crossover from the four π should be what is best for the three π because the HF horn/drivers used are the same and the baffle spacing is approximately the same. But it can't hurt to check, and it's the next one up. Then I'll do the six and seven π models. As I said, I don't expect to find much movement there.
