Was looking at the kits. Thought the two tower might be a nice project for living room speakers. I would assume the kits come with all parts needed except enclosure?

Are there plans for enclosures written anywhere?

Is the two tower base reflex or acoustic suspension? If BR, do you need to by a port tube separately or is it included in kit or not needed?

Send me your E-Mail address and I'll send you the plans.

All models of π speakers are either bass-reflex or horn, or a combination of the two.

If a ducted vent is used, then port material is included. For example, the two π kit uses a 2" duct so a tube is included. The two π tower does not use a duct, rather, the port is just a hole cut in the rear panel. The four π speaker uses a rectangular port made from wood.

Kits include the speaker drivers, the connector panel, hook up wires, "π" logo decal and a printed copy of the plans. For larger speakers that incorporate a compression tweeter and crossover network, kits also include the crossover, tweeter compensation cable assembly, Zobel woofer damper, and all cable assemblies are completed and ready to install. Every kit containing a compression driver also includes the horn flare and the bolts to mount the driver to the horn.
