Haven't built them, but the depending on room placement, (and I've heard a few them several times) there between 40 to 47Hz on moderately size rooms that I've heard. There pretty damn good for a 2-way, and the price vs. perfomence is kinda hard to touch. HTH Bill W.

Yeah, it's pretty cool. One of the things that prompted me to design the two π tower was the fact that the Alpha 10 can be tuned to reach 35Hz. The size and shape of the tower box isn't standard for me; No other model of π Speakers is done this way. The two π tower offers a bit more extension at the expense of having a taller box.
The Alpha 10 is a bit unusual, in that it works pretty well in a bookshelf speaker, a larger subwoofer sized box or a midhorn. That's three fairly different applications, each of which the Alpha 10 works pretty well in.
