You know, you're right. This discussion does belong in the Vinyl forum. What was I thinkin'?

I'll have to check out some of those high-quality 45's you're talking about. But what about the singles that were so popular in the 50's and 60's? Were those decent quality?

It's funny, but I never bought more than one or two even then. I have no idea. Perhaps I should buy a couple and see just for laughs.

Then there's another funky format I was never aware of: the 10" 33 1/3. I have a couple of Miles Davis Reissues like that. I was never aware of them prior to a couple years ago. It's fun to pull one of them out and watch for people's double takes as the size registers with them.
