The quality of sound will be compromised whenever it is transferred from one format to another. Ears more trained than mine can tell the difference, which is why my vinyl music stays right there on the vinyl.
I've never imagined what it could look like when it comes to converting vinyl records to mp3. I still play my vinyl records and feel proud of doing so. Some might say that I am stuck in the past, but it is what has given me the satisfaction that I need, which means I don't see the need to change at the moment.
