I don't use that application - I use WTPro for development and LMS for publishing - but I will say that there should be a way to choose the source signal. Some common test source signals are sine sweep, stepped sine, log sine (chirp), noise, MLS and TDS.
Also note that many systems offer gating for pseudo-anechoic measurements. This allows you to make measurements indoors, because you can configure the system to only sample for a short (gated) period. This prevents reflections from interfering with the measurement, but it also limits measurement of low frequencies. It's great for checking the crossover region though, which is often useful during development.
