I think it would be fun, but not something that's terribly sustainable. I've gotten a fee guitar before, but that was after I was featured in the paper for doing volunteer work, teaching kids to play the guitar.
This is often based on whether the company sending these stuff feel like you have the pull that they need. Having a big followers on YouTube, for example, is a major consideration for most of them. So, how did you end up getting such a deal?
