Hey, mate
I am so sorry about what you've been going through. Back pains can be quite painful and energy draining, but I am happy you are still looking for ways to enjoy songs in such a situation.
It is a good thing that the meds have helped in reducing the pain you've felt. I also wish you the very best when the doctors you've seen find a solution which can bring a permanent end to the pain.
I've always known the Motion 4s as good speakers and pairing them with the Dynamo 300 sub and a cool vintage Marantz receiver is a perfect combo that would deliver good sound quality.
So, at the moment, I think you've got to enjoy what you've got with the Marantz/Martin Logan combo while it is still working while hoping for something better in the future.
