I have heard about a couple of speciality stores and online sites whose work is selling parts that can assist in restoring vintage audio equipment such as turntables.
I would have recommended stores such as Lowe's, but last I checked, they deal mainly in general hardware and electronics like wires.
Turntable Medic is one that I believe can be o help as they specialise in sourcing parts and repairing vintage turntables, changers, and console stereos.
Ebay is another online marketplace that you can check out, but you need to do a specific search for the vintage turntable part/model that you are looking for.
If you are not too confident to buy online, you should use the Google Map to search for "vintage audio repairs close by" and hopefully the map can pop up with some choices of physical stores that you should look at to see if they got the parts that you need.
