I don't know if every house owners try to put sound proof on the wall so that the person next door won't be a disturbance to the other person next door. I've never lived in a neighborhood that attracts so much noise, everybody have the rules guiding their apartment and one of them is to avoid noise making. I have live in peace for over many years I stayed there.
