Hi Everyone, there is some light at the end of the tunnel. New web host and two web links (not operational at this time). Some new product ideas including "Part" kits (no chassis or trannies) a really super built phono preamp. I've been using a prototype for about 8 months now and I like it. Super quiet and great sound MM only. My call there as it seems that a large percentage of LOMC folks (like me) that prefer SUTs. If you want a SS LOMC/MM one I have one designed using BB 2134 ICs. Quiet and clean, just doesn't seem as musical as an all tube unit. Probably because the tube unit has more harmonics. Certain types of minor distortion may actually sound good. The SS one is easy to diy and if you are able to source parts efficiently cost less than about $150. I plays well above that range..IMO in the $1K range. Stay tuned all is not a done deal yet, but for the first time in a while seems promising.
