actually, the child-proofing is more the parent's state of mind. The reality is that the best one should expect is that dangers are just hard enough to get into that Mom/Pop has a chance to intervene.

If one expects it to be 'Proof', then one had best have 'Proof of Insurance' on file at the Hospital.
