There are many online retailers of both used and new reissue genres you mention. Discogs is great for used vinyl. Hooking up retailers from all over to sell on it's platform.

I used to use ebay, but the bidding war associated with it soured me. Discogs has a price the merchant lists based on the records condition and rarity or marketability. I've had good luck with it.

And the online stores are too numerous to list. I like this one for my reggae cravings, but they have a large list of genres as well. With reasonable prices and excellent service. https://www.millionsofrecords.com/

Then you will probably have many local brick & mortar shops where you live to consider. Get to it, and don't forget to join the Vinyl Engine for all your questions and interests in the vinyl universe.
