I love the sound of a ticking clock. My family has a huge grandfather clock that my dad built and it has been a constant sound in my life ever since I was a kid.

Now that I have my own apartment, I miss the sound of that grandfather clock. The only thing I don't miss are the chimes every quarter hour, which always seem to go off right when I'm starting a phone call! Laughing
