This one calls for google. Probably very tedious to do diy but, here's one for 35 mm slide's that may be applicable to film.

Or, a converter, which is probably still tedious and give varying results in quality.

Or just have it done commercially if it's a one shot conversion of film to digital. I know I'd do it that way, especially if it was just one reel of film.
