Shoot. This is a really hard question. Off the top of my head, I'm going to say Leonardo DiCaprio. He really commits to every role and has a lot of versatility. He doesn't seem like he'd be my favorite guy to hang out with (that would probably be Ryan Reynolds), but there's no denying that he's got acting chops.
