I don't know why but I'm never comfortable buying stuff online if it doesn't have a lot of reviews. Positive or negative - I just want to know that other people have used the product I want to buy.
Yeah, I hear that, especially when something is more than $50, I want to see reviews.
Lost the Remote, I went ahead and ordered this because I was afraid they'd run out of them since it's the holidays. I'm glad you had a good experience with their customer service. That gave me the confidence to go ahead with it.
