Noise gates. Some of which you can control what frequencies are gated. A pre-amp can perform a lo-cut to eliminate the low-vibrations. A Graphic EQ with LED's that indicate the strength of the signal at every frequency will eliminate the problem frequencies too.

What are you trying to do specifically and what problems are being created?
