I was given a Sony STR-DE425 receiver that's about 10 years old. It has bare wire snap locks for the speakers. I have an extra pair of Altec Lansing computer speakers that connect to a sub-woofer with a 9-pin connector. I was hoping there might be a way to connect the sub-woofer with its single pin connector to the receiver. Do I need a cable-converter to accomplish this... does one even exist?
