Thanks again Wayne. That all sounds achievable without much hassle.

I have had a look around for the various suppliers of parts; the ease of having them supplied in a kit will probably outweigh the cost of shipping. Now I just have to wait until the house is nearing completion...

Could you please send the plans so I can start moving on this in the meantime?
