No loss of efficiency at all. All we've done is juggle a couple values in the tweeter circuit, barely any change there at all. We added series inductance in the woofer circuit, and so there's a smidge of extra DC resistance but that doesn't decrease sensitivity much at all, less than 0.1dB.
