Biamping is definitely an improvement, but you'll want to maintain the same slopes. The woofer and midhorn are acoustically close so summing is best with a low-order crossover. Midhorn/tweeter is a little tighter and you'll want third-order on the tweeter with equalization as shown below. The midhorn electrical slope is only first-order, which combines with an acoustic second-order slope.
