The DC resistance of the PSD2002-8 is around 6Ω but the actual impedance never drops below 8Ω through the passband. When mounted on the horn, it's about 10Ω below crossover, between 10Ω and 20Ω in the crossover region, falling to about 8Ω up to about 5kHz and rising steadily above that to around 15Ω at upper cutoff.
