Recommended cabinet thickness is shown on the plans. It is 18mm, 5/8" or 3/4", depending on the model. Larger cabinets generally use thicker panels. The π wood horn has a 15" x 9" mouth and is 8" long. It can be used on any model of π Speakers that is designed to use the H290 horn. In the case of three π and four π models, you can mount the tweeter on top of the box and shift the midwoofer upwards to maintain the same distance between drivers. There is no need to compensate for volume difference because the H290 displaces very little volume. In the case of six π and seven π cornerhorns, simply mount the tweeter on top in place of the H290.
