The reason we list them individually is because so many people these days are running an odd number of speakers, like 5.1 for a home theater installation. If we sold everything in pairs, then we'd have to sell 1/2 kit for guys wanting a single. Seemed easier to just list everything qty 1, and if a person wants a stereo pair, then they buy two.

The prices for all the kits are pretty much cost, less than what you'd pay for individual parts from Parts Express or most anywhere else. A Stage four π kit for example costs about $335.00 if you buy everything yourself from Parts Express, the woofer is $185.00, the tweeter is $50.00, the horn flare is $30.00 and the crossover parts add up to about $70.00 ($32.00 for PXB, $12.00 for zobel resistor, $15.00 for Zobel caps, $8.00 for tweeter cable assy and a few bucks for the connector plate and wire). Our kit is $285.00 so you save fifty bucks and don't have to solder everything up, which takes a couple hours to do.
