Another place you'll want to add insulation is on the cross-braces. Place a sheet of R13 on the cross-braces, spanning the cross-section of the cabinet. It will look like partitions inside the cabinet separated by sheets of R13. This will capture and attenuate midrange and midbass frequencies while letting the bass pass right through.
