I really like the Peavey CH-3. It measures well and sounds good too. I don't like the look of the seam, but it doesn't affect performance. Use them with your PSD2002's, they will work very well for you. The H290 sounds nice above 1.6kHz, but it isn't as good as the CH-3 below that. The H290 is a smaller horn designed to be used above 1kHz. In my designs, it's a non-issue because the tweeter is used above 1.6kHz. But the CH-3 is definitely a good choice that will work well for you.
