Had my chance to listen to a Premimum PI with Martinelli horns on top and they do sound better than my Eminence horns. Same PSD2002 as mine, but the treble is much cleaner than my Theater 3's. Don't know if it's wood vs plastic, or the throat adapter Bill uses in his design.
Knowing I'll never be able afford a set, it was easy to dismiss it as a "pretty accessory". Now I'm just jealous.
