Thats OK, I really like the look of the 4 PI in the plans anyway,
and I have the H 290 flares from Pi speakers, ( ultra quick delivery by the way) so I'll just stick to the original plan. Looking at the plan,
I couldn't think of a way to align things to accomodate the larger horn with out changing the box size/dimensions. On the other hand, you could fill a battleship with things I haven't thought of! With a cross over around 1600 hz I don't see much advantage sonically in using the jbl, but I have a line on 2370a used and like having the JBL part to use. If I use them, I guess it will be like my A-7s, setting on top. On yet the other hand, PI speakers delivered the H 290s in just a few days, at a cost much lower than even used JBL. I appreciate all the input and ideas from Bill and everybody, but I'm going to keep it simple and stick to the plans with the H 290s. Now to find a cabinet builder!

Thanks again,
Russellc
