The woofer has a gasket attached. You could certainly put a gasket underneath the tweeter though.I would suggest feeling around the edges while the woofer is played loudly at low frequency and pressurizing the cabinet. If there are any leaks, you will feel them as gusts of air. Usually, when the mounting holes are cut to the right size, the seal is good without any additional gasket material. But if you find something isn't sealed well, you can easily form a gasket with silicon sealant or putty.
