The Audiophile Series seven π is simply a three-way cornerhorn system based on a JBL 2245, 2123 and a 2426. It is a specialty item, and isn't listed on the π Speakers website. But plans are available, on request.

The addition of the midrange subsystem allows the use of the smaller compression horn and a lower crossover point for the woofer. Last I checked, the 2123 was still offered at the JBL Tent Sale. A 2012 driver is also suitable for this design.
