Edwin,
I believe that is a "20 ohm" resistor, and it is used to stabalize the impeadance when used with a low powered tube amp that is sensitive to load impeadance. Also, that 20 ohms will not drain enough wattage to effect your amps output. I hope I gave you the right skinny!
