Hi,

I have looked around for another driver for the 10Pi, and came up with a wery promising alternative.

it's the Beyma 15K200, here are the specs:

fs 27 Hz
Re 6.3 ohms.
300 w RMS
Qms 9.01
Qes 0.27
Qts 0.26
98 dB, 2.83v @ 1m @
Frequency range 25-2000 Hz
Vas 345 l
Cms 320 µm/N
Net weight 10.4 kg. 22.92 lb.
Rms 2.76 kg/s
Magnetic assembly weight 9 kg. 19.84 lb
Efficiency, ho (%) 2.5
BL factor 20.5 N/A
Effective Surface Area, Sd(m2) 0.088 m2
Moving mass 0.106 kg.
Maximum Displacement, Xmax 7.5 mm.
Displacement Volume, Vd 660 cm.3
Voice coil length 21 mm.
Air gap height 9 mm.
Voice Coil Inductance, Le @ 1kHz 1.2 mH
X damage (peak to peak) 28 mm.

In JBL speakershop software, it has an f3 of 51,6Hz using a 87,6Liter
reflex with a (HxWxD)6" 3.5" 10" port.

I have tried to make it a close to the 10Pi as possible.
The JBL 2226 has an f3 of 74,3hz in the same cabinet.

It should work great, or what do you think ?

Regards
Kim
